We're celebrating interns all week long culminating in our Summer Experience finale on National Intern Day this Thursday! To kick us off, we're chatting with our own New Memphis summer interns, Shawn Meng and Shreya Ganesh. Shawn and Shreya talk to us about their experience as Bank of America Student Leaders, what it's really like to work in non-profit, and share what they (and the rest of Gen Z) expect from employers as they enter the workforce.
